Moulding Facility

TUNG YU Make Rubber Compression Moulding Machine

Machine Type: Four-Station Hydraulic Compression Moulding Machine
Clamping Force: 200 Tons, Platen Size: 500 × 500 mm

Deccan Rubber Industries is equipped with 200-ton Tung Yu Vacuum Compression Molding Machines, designed for the precision molding and vulcanization of a wide range of rubber and elastomer components. The machine combines high clamping force, controlled heating, vacuum-assisted molding and precision hydraulic operation to produce high-quality rubber components with improved dimensional consistency, reduced air entrapment and excellent surface finish.

250-Ton Rubber Compression Moulding Machine

Machine Type: Single-Station Hydraulic Compression Moulding Machine
Clamping Force: 250 Tons, Platen Size: 600 × 600 mm

The 250-ton, 600 × 600 mm hydraulic compression moulding machine is a heavy-duty hydraulic press designed for the production of rubber and elastomer components through compression moulding. It provides high and consistent moulding pressure, making it suitable for medium- to large-sized rubber components and multi-cavity moulds.

150-Ton Rubber Compression Moulding Machine

Clamping Force: 150 Tons, Platen Size: 500 × 500 mm

Our 150T Hydraulic Rubber Moulding Machine with 500 × 500 mm platen size is designed for reliable and efficient compression moulding of a wide range of precision rubber components, offering higher production volume.

Two-Roll Rubber Mixing Mill

Our Two-Roll Rubber Mixing Mill is designed for efficient rubber mastication, compounding and batch preparation. The machine is equipped with heavy-duty (30kg) rolls, adjustable roll gap, controlled roll-speed ratio and water-cooled rolls for consistent processing.

Industrial Compressed Air System

Our 500 L, 30 CFM Air Compressor provides a reliable and consistent source of compressed air for various manufacturing and industrial operations. The compressor is equipped with a 500-litre air receiver tank.

Customer Raw Material Storage

Dedicated Cold Storage Facility

DRI provides a dedicated 200 sq. ft. raw material storage area for the safe and organized storage of customer-supplied rubber materials. The facility is managed through a systematic bin and tag identification system, ensuring proper material segregation, traceability, and controlled usage throughout production.

Basic Rubber Testing & Inspection Laboratory

In-House Material Verification & Product Inspection

DRI has a dedicated basic in-house laboratory facility to support incoming rubber material verification and product quality inspection. The facility enables us to perform essential checks on rubber compounds and molded components, helping ensure consistency and compliance with customer requirements.

Extended Laboratory & Calibration Support

Associated with Accredited External Testing & Calibration Facilities

To strengthen material verification and quality assurance, DRI has an extended laboratory support network with specialized external facilities for material testing, grade identification, and calibration services.

Molding Manufacture

Extended Tool Room Partnership • In Collaboration with Tan Tech Molds, Chennai

To support our mould development and manufacturing requirements, Deccan Rubber Industries (DRI) has an established Extended Tool Room Partnership with Tan Tech Molds, Chennai.
Through this collaboration, DRI has access to a well-equipped tool room facility featuring lathe machines, milling machines with digital read-out systems, surface grinders, EDM, polishing equipment, and CNC machining facilities.
